For years, we observed how faith-based business communities thrived through cultural and multi-generational collaboration—working with one another’s businesses, mentoring within their communities, and investing in one another’s success. Christian communities, however, seemed to lack this kind of workplace collaboration. This observation inspired a vision: to build a community of Christian men of marketplace influence, that would forge deep relationships, encourage business amongst it's members, and raise up the next generation of leaders to pursue similar values.

 

During a ministry fundraiser, our founders were introduced to a club that, while not faith-based itself, offered a template for how to bring business leaders together to form deep relationships.

 

Recognizing the potential in a recently vacated office space, our founders saw an opportunity to create a home for meaningful fellowship and shared experiences, and the framework to raise up generations of Christian entrepreneurs. 

 

From this vision, The Summit Outdoors was born.
